Minimum age for rental is 25 years old. For renters at least 21 years of age to 24 years of age a higher deposit + young driver surcharge of 20% can be accepted at the sole discretion of Fast N Fit Rentals. All drivers must have no major moving violations, DUI’s or similar infractions.
All clients must be physically present during the preparation process of the documents and the vehicle rental. Unfortunately, we do not allow the participation of a third party for vehicle pick up. Our staff will have to personally provide our clients with the vehicle keys.
Vehicles are available to foreign citizens with a valid passport and driver’s license of their country. We can arrange insurance documents for foreign visitors who are planning on renting for more than 10 days. Please note that foreign visitors who do not have their insurance documents would have to make a higher security deposit of $ 1,000 – $25,000, depending on the vehicle.
All renters must have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. A paper license is not a valid license. A passport or international license may qualify depending on verification
The renter must carry full verifiable and valid insurance coverage on their personal automobile for the duration of the rental. All renters must take full responsibility for any damages to the vehicle from a vehicle accident or any other damages incurred to the vehicle while in their possession. We require your property damage limits to be a minimum of 100k for luxury rentals and $250k for exotic rentals. Recommended: Purchase a 300k Umbrella Policy.
A valid credit card for the security damage deposit, you can use a debit card, but the deposit may be held longer after return.
Fast N Fit Rentals has the right to undertake screenings of potential renters by checking driver history, validating insurance policies, and screening to help verify the identities of the primary driver. This includes driver history and driver license validity. In the sole discretion of the Company, third-party services may be used to verify renter information provided to the Company for requested Services and to obtain additional related information to authorize the renter’s request. The renter authorizes and acknowledges the Company to request, receive, use, and store such information. Fast N Fit Rentals may permit, refuse, or terminate requested Service at its sole discretion.
Every renter must leave a security deposit in the form of cash or credit. In cases where damages beyond the security deposit are found after returning the vehicle, an extra charge will apply above the security deposit. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on the value of the rented vehicle and its type of insurance documents presented. The approximate price of security deposits are $ 1,000 – $3,000.
Deposits are fully refundable upon completion of the rental period. If you are using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card, the deposit is deducted from the rental cost of the vehicle. You will be issued a full refund at the rental termination if no additional charges /damages were incurred.
Itemized rental charges for Services, along with any additional cost, will be provided to renters at check-out prior to submitting their request for Service. Once a payment method is selected the renter authorizes
Fast N Fit Rentals or a third-party service acting on behalf of the Company, to store payment information for future use in the event renter owes the Company any additional monies for incidentals after the return of the vehicle. Renter authorizes Fast N Fit Rentals to use stored payment information to charge fees for balances; including rental charges, late fees, security deposits, processing fees, claims fees, and other administrative fees. Some payment possessors share arrangements with banks and card networks to automatically update stored credentials whenever renter receives a card.
COMPUTATION OF CHARGES
a. TIME CHARGES are computed at the rates specified on the Rental Record for days, weeks, months, extra hours and extra days (including days in excess of any longer specified time period). THE MINIMUM RENTAL CHARGE IS FOR ONE RENTAL DAY. RENTAL DAYS CONSIST OF CONSECUTIVE 24 HOUR PERIODS STARTING AT THE TIME THE RENTAL BEGINS, OR ANY PORTION OF A CALENDAR DAY, AS NOTED ON THE RENTAL RECORD. The extra hours rate shown on the Rental Record is charged for each full or partial hour in excess of a rental day until such extra hours’ charges equal the daily rate specified on the Rental Record for an extra day. RENTAL RATE IS SUBJECT TO INCREASE IF YOU RETURN THE CAR MORE THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE OR 24 HOURS AFTER THE SCHEDULED RETURN TIME. LATE RETURNS BEYOND 29 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD SUBJECT TO EXTRA HOUR AND/OR EXTRA DAY CHARGES. As stated in paragraph 3, if the Car is returned after hours, charges may continue to accrue until the return location reopens for business. IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH ANY CONDITIONS SPECIFIED ON THE RENTAL RECORD APPLICABLE TO SPECIAL RATES, HERTZ’ OTHERWISE APPLICABLE RENTAL RATES WILL BE CHARGED. Any changes to your agreed upon return time, date, or location may result in a change to your quoted estimated rate total and the daily or hourly rate. Prices on Fast N Fit’s website are only valid for those customers booking from a source country in which they officially reside. If a rate is booked from a source country in which You do not reside, it will be considered a fraudulent booking and FAST N FIT maintains the right to cancel such reservation and not provide a refund. Although FAST N FIT attempts to ensure all FAST N FIT prices quoted on booking channels are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. FAST N FIT will inform You as soon as possible if FAST N FIT discovers an error in the price of your reservation and give You the opportunity to confirm booking at the correct price or cancel.
b. MILEAGE CHARGES, including those for extra miles, if any, are based on the per mile rate specified on the Rental Record. The number of miles driven is determined by subtracting the Car’s odometer reading at the beginning of the rental from the reading when the Car is returned, excluding tenths of miles. The per mile rate is then multiplied by the number of miles driven or, in the case of extra miles, by the number of miles in excess of the number of miles allowed, as specified on the Rental Record. The result is the mileage Charge.
c. A SERVICE CHARGE may be applied if You return the Car to any location other than the location from which it is rented.
d. LDW, PERS, PAI/PEC and LIS CHARGES, if applicable, are due and payable in full for each full or partial rental day, at the rates specified on the Rental Record.
e. TAXES, TAX REIMBURSEMENTS, VEHICLE LICENSING FEES, AIRPORT AND/OR HOTEL RELATED FEES AND FEE RECOVERIES, GOVERNMENTAL OR OTHER SURCHARGES AND SIMILAR FEES are charged/recovered at the rates specified on the Rental Record or as otherwise required by applicable law.
f. TOLL, PARKING & TRAFFIC OCCURRENCES/VIOLATIONS: YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AND PAY ALL TOLL OCCURRENCES, ALL PARKING, TRAFFIC AND TOLL VIOLATIONS, OTHER EXPENSES AND PENALTIES, ALL TOWING, STORAGE AND IMPOUND FEES AND ALL TICKETS CHARGED TO THE CAR ARISING OUT OF THE USE, POSSESSION OR OPERATION OF THE CAR BY YOU OR BY AN AUTHORIZED OPERATOR OR OTHERWISE. You authorized FAST N FIT to release Your billing/rental information and charge or debit card information or billing account information and information regarding Your rental to American Traffic Solutions, Inc., PlatePass LLC and ATS Processing Services, LLC (collectively “ATS”) for the exclusive purpose of processing and billing for unpaid toll occurrences, and any violations, fines, penalties, and fees (and for PlatePass services, if utilized). You also agree to indemnify FAST N FIT and/or ATS, if they pay same. You agree to pay, upon billing, applicable service up to $42.00 and other fees related to such toll occurrences or toll, parking or traffic violations and providing information about You to a court, governmental agency, privately-owned or operated parking provider, or associated payment processor or debt collector for each unpaid toll occurrence and each toll, parking or other citation incurred during Your rental. You further understand that FAST N FIT and /or ATS may furnish information regarding You, including but not limited to Your name, address and driver’s license number to the governmental agency, court, privately-owned or operated parking provider, or associated payment processor or debt collector responsible for issuing or enforcing unpaid toll occurrences and toll, parking or other citations that You incur during Your rental. For rentals throughout the U.S., including Hawaii: The amount of the service fee which You will be charged if FAST N FIT or ATS is required to pay for such an infraction or toll occurrence is up to $42.00 per toll occurrence or citation. You are encouraged to pay directly to the court, county government or other appropriate agency the applicable tolls, fines, costs, monetary assessments, penalties, fees, surcharges or other charges.
Fast N Fit Rentals and its service providers will employ all legal methods available to collect amounts due, including the engagement of collection agencies and legal counsel. Fast N Fit Rentals, or the collection agencies retained, may also report information about your account to credit bureaus. As a result, any outstanding unpaid charges due to the Company or service providers may be reflected in your credit report. In addition to the amount due, delinquent fees or chargebacks will be charged with fees and/or charges that are incidental to the collection of delinquent accounts or chargebacks including, but not limited to, collection fees, convenience fees, and/or other third-party charges.
We cannot provide you with the refund or change the date of the rental during unexpected weather conditions. However, we are flexible in case of unpredictable weather conditions or natural disasters such as hurricanes, flooding, tornadoes or other extreme conditions that make driving unsafe. Our policy on these exceptions, primarily during the forementioned cases, are not for the entire rental period. The exceptions only refer to the time of receipt/return of the vehicle, and not for the entire rental period.
Renters are responsible for parking, speeding, or other traffic violations during the rental of the vehicle and must pay every applied fee, fines, towing costs and other costs and fines incurred during the rental period
We do not offer refunds on vehicle rentals. Additionally, there are no refunds for vehicles returned early.
Additional drivers must be listed on your rental agreement for an extra fee. Each additional driver must be present at the time of a vehicle rental and submit, in advance, their driver’s license. All drivers, including
any additional drivers, must meet the minimum age limitation and show proof of insurance as if they were the primary driver. Renters should abstain from letting anyone other than those approved additional drivers of the car.
Even in the best of circumstances, accidents can happen and you don’t want to pay a premium on the insurance if it turns out you weren’t the one driving the car. Luxury cars also have incredible engines and can gain speed more quickly than people might expect, leading to incredibly dangerous situations. Help keep yourself and your cars’ admirers safe by making sure only those approved to drive are the only driver(s) throughout the duration of the rental.
For a minimal fee, doorstep delivery of the vehicle is available depending on the distance needed to travel. Renters can also choose to return the vehicle to your home or anywhere else at your convenience for a minimal fee based on distance needed to travel.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are the recommended methods of payment for both, rental and the security deposit. In some cases, checks or cash can be accepted, if arranged in advance. We also offer CashApp as a viable payment method.
All vehicles will be delivered with a full tank of gas, and they should be returned with a full tank. For any vehicles returned on less than a full tank, $6.50 per gallon will be charged to refuel.
All vehicles must be operated with premium gasoline (93+ octane). NO EXCEPTIONS. Renters must present ANY AND ALL gas receipts as proof of refueling the vehicle with premium gasoline (93+ octane). Violating this policy and not presenting receipts will result in a complete loss of deposit – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Rent during the weekdays and weekends include 125 miles free per each day. Every extra mile must be paid by the specified value at the time of rental at a current rate of $4.50 per mile over the 125 mile per day allotted. For economy cars we allow 200 miles per day, any additional miles is subjected to a 1.99 per additional mile.
Vehicles are ALLOWED to be driven outside the state unless it’s Canada or Mexico and by the Company and explicitly stated in writing during the reservation. We reserve the right to disable the vehicle if the rental is taken out to those state without prior written consent.
We offer a 1-hour window from the scheduled drop off time to return the vehicle. Returning the vehicle outside of this window will result in an additional charge as follows: 25% of the daily rate for the 1st hour outside the 1-hour grace window and another 25% of the daily rate for the 2nd hour outside the grace window, after which the full daily rate will be charged.
• NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE VEHICLE; NO EXCEPTIONS
• NO spraying of fragrances, air fresheners or any scented/perfumed substance inside the vehicle is prohibited; NO EXCEPTIONS
• Renters are not allowed to drive without a valid driver’s license
• Renters must adhere to all local and state driver laws
• Renters should not use the vehicle to conduct any type of speeding tests or high-speed competition, race, rally or track purposes, perform endurance races or demonstrations, nor perform peeling out
• Rentals are never allowed to leave the state without prior authorization
• Renters are not to engage in any activity whatsoever or use the vehicle for any illegal purposes and are expected to comply with all operating laws
• Vehicle is not to be used to transport people or property for hire or profit
• Vehicles should not be used in teaching individuals to drive
• Vehicles are not to be driven on any unpaved surfaces
• Do not engage in any activity that exploits, harms, or threatens to harm children
• Do not use vehicle for towing or pushing any item
• Do not use vehicle to publicly display or share inappropriate conduct or material
• Do not exceeding any posted speed limits
• Do not eat or drink in the vehicle as it may stain the interior
• No pets are allowed in the vehicle (it pains me to include this as are pet lovers); NO EXCEPTIONS
• Vehicles are not to be used for ride sharing or food delivery services like Uber/Uber Eats/Lyft/Foodora/Skip etc.
If renter(s) violate the terms of this policy, we reserve the right to terminate your rental and disable the vehicle for any violation of the above prohibited activities. At our sole discretion alone, we reserve the right to keep your entire security deposit for violating any of the above prohibited activities.
All reservations are final for bookings less than 13 days in advance of the reservation date. Rentals cannot be cancelled for bookings less than 13 days of reservation, and the full rental fee will be charged to the renter. You will be charged for the full cost of the cancellation; NO EXCEPTIONS.
We offer a 24-hour window after booking to make any changes or cancellations for rental reservations booked for more than 14 days in advance of the reservation.
This policy is due to the potential loss of rental revenue we may incur for such cancellations. If you send a payment or sign an agreement you are bond and agree to our Policy and Terms of Condition.
All reservations are final for bookings less than 7 days in advance of the reservation date. Rentals cannot be cancelled for bookings less than 13 days of reservation, and the full rental fee will be charged to the renter. You will be charged for the full cost of the cancellation; NO EXCEPTIONS.

ARBITRATION PROVISION: THIS AGREEMENT REQUIRES ARBITRATION OR A SMALL CLAIMS COURT CASE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS. BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE TO THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION. Except for claims for property damage, personal injury or death, ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US (“US” AND “WE” FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION MEANS FAST N FIT, ITS PARENT AND AFFILIATE CORPORATIONS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES AND ANY VENDOR OR THIRD PARTY PROVIDING SERVICES FOR THE RENTAL TRANSACTION) MUST BE RESOLVED ONLY BY ARBITRATION OR IN A SMALL CLAIMS COURT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; CLASS ARBITRATIONS AND CLASS ACTIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, EITHER AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER. You and we remain free to bring any issues to the attention of government agencies. This Arbitration Provision’s scope is broad and includes, without limitation, any claims relating to any aspect of the relationship or communications between us, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, equity, or any other legal theory. It is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq. In any arbitration under this Arbitration Provision, all issues are for the arbitrator to decide, including his or her own jurisdiction, and any objections with respect to the existence, scope or validity of this Arbitration Provision. The arbitration will take place in the county of Your billing address unless agreed otherwise. The American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) will administer any arbitration pursuant to its Consumer Arbitration Rules (the “Rules”). You can obtain the Rules at www.adr.org. You or we may commence an arbitration by providing a written demand for arbitration to the other (to us, FAST N FIT LLC, 830 Morris Turnpike, 4th Floor, Short Hills, NJ 07078 Attn: Arbitration) and two copies of the demand to the AAA. If You seek $10,000 or less through arbitration, we will reimburse You for any AAA required filing fee. The arbitrator may award injunctive relief as well as money, but only in favor of and as warranted by the claim of the individual party seeking relief. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. An arbitration award and any judgment confirming it apply only to the specific parties in that case and cannot be used in any other case except to enforce the award itself. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class action. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO AGREE TO THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION, YOU MUST NOTIFY US IN WRITING WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THIS AGREEMENT BY EMAILING US AT [email protected] Attn: Legal Department. Include Your name, address, the number at the top of the Rental Record, and a clear statement that You do not agree to this Arbitration Provision. If you have previously notified FAST N FIT of Your decision to opt out of arbitration, You do not need to do so again.
