Car rental requirements are a set of guidelines that must be met in order to rent a vehicle. These requirements are put in place to ensure the safety and protection of both the renter and the vehicle.
Renters must be 21 years old or older.
Renters Under the age of 21 are not eligible to rent without a personal full coverage insurance policy, supplemental insurance will not be accepted.
Renters under 25 will be charged a “Younger Driver Fee.”
All renters must have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. – A paper license is not a valid license. A passport or international license may qualify depending on verification. A valid credit card for the security damage deposit, you can use a debit card, but the deposit may be held longer after return. Full coverage auto insurance, we may require your property damage limits to be a minimum of 100k for luxury rentals.
Security deposits are required to rent all of our vehicles. Security deposits are eligible for return 48 hours after a vehicle is returned.
ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A MAJOR BANK CARD TO BE LEFT ON FILE, THE CARD MUST BE IN THE RENTERS NAME.
Yes, we charge $2 per mile each way to deliver. We charge a flat fee of $150 to deliver to the EWR airport. To deliver to NY, we charge a $250 fee minimum.
Security Deposit:
Economy Cars = $350-500
Luxury Cars = $500-2000
SUV = $500-1000

This charge is authorized on your credit card. Deposit will be forfeited in its entirety if there is any damage to the vehicle upon return.
All reservations are final and can’t be cancelled. This is due to potential loss of rental we incur for cancellations. If you send a payment or sign an agreement you are agreeing to our terms.
